Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a great view over the Basin, although the rooms are in need of serious renovation and proper cleaning. The location is unbeatable for access to all the restaurants on the waterfront and the city center, but prices are relatively high. The dining experience could be improved as it is overpriced with poor quality food.
I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at the hotel. The rooms were excellent, overlooking the multi-storey car park, offering a spacious layout with convenient amenities like a large fridge, cooktop, dining table, and washer/dryer. Being a one-bedroom unit, I could easily close the door for privacy.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were equipped with a washing machine and dryer, which was very convenient at the end of my holiday. They were clean and comfortable, but unfortunately not soundproof. The service was a bit lacking as they attempted to charge for the room on the last night, but overall, they were nice and helpful. The location was excellent, with a view over the marina at Viaduct Harbour from my room. However, the dining options were disappointing and overpriced. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel is worth considering for its great location and overall comfort.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, close to the Viaduct and Queen St, but the room had its flaws with noise from a club below and a lack of amenities like no milk for coffee. The service was hit or miss, with some staff being welcoming while others were unwelcoming. Dining options were subpar with high prices and inexperienced staff. The hotel had decent facilities but showed signs of wear and tear.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with kitchen and laundry facilities ideal for longer stays, though initial room satisfaction was lacking, but the Duty Manager provided alternative options promptly. The service was generally good, with friendly restaurant staff. The location is excellent near the waterfront, Viaduct, and Queen St, making it convenient for exploring the city. The dining experience was below par in terms of food quality and service. The facilities are decent overall.
The hotel room was spacious and had a great view of the sky tower, which suited our needs with its convenient amenities like the kitchen, washing machine, tumble dryer, and iron & board. However, the proximity to a noisy bar that stayed lively well past midnight was a drawback.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was great, offering a lovely view and close proximity to the city center and restaurants. The room, although matching the pictures and well-equipped, wasn't ready on time, leading to a delay in check-in. The service was friendly but lacked promptness. The dining experience was dreadful, with overpriced and inedible food. Despite these drawbacks, the facilities were decent, and the hotel's location was ideal for exploring the area.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with its fantastic views and the convenience of charging back to the room at affiliated restaurants. The only downside was that my room wasn't ready upon arrival.
The hotel had mixed aspects with a smaller bed in a tidy, slightly outdated room, but the spacious suite with kitchenette and laundry facilities was a plus. The service shined with helpful and welcoming staff, yet the dining experience left much to be desired. The location was unbeatable right on the harbor, although a better view was expected. Overall, a solid choice with room for improvement.
